Lynch Landscaping wants to create the outdoor space of your dreams. While only we can give you a precise price, we always encourage customers to take a minute to explore our website and see if we fit within their budget. We have been installing hardscape and softscape all around central Maine for over 14 years. Our hardscape foremen are not only certified and licensed but continue to expand their knowledge on techniques and products through hands on classes throughout the winter months.

Hardscape is the construction of all non-living elements in landscaping, such as pavers, stones, bricks, and rocks which create beautiful walkways, patios, firepits, walls (retaining and sitting), steps, driplines and more!

Of course, there are some factors that could affect the price such as any permitting that may be needed (Close to water, water features, etc.), access issues or discrepancies, product material (some products and brands are more expensive), and location of project. We do not do any gas hook ups. If you purchase a gas burning fire pit, you’ll need to have a local gas company install the hook up.

Perennials are plants that come back each year. Perennials can vary greatly in appearance and habitat requirements. Some are evergreen and retain their leaves year-round, while others die back and regrow each year. They're popular in gardens because they don’t need to be replanted annually, making them relatively low maintenance in the long term. Common Perennials are Peonies, Black-eye Susans, Sedums, Phlox, Hostas, and Daylilies.
These products range from $15-$17 a square foot.

Shrubs are woody plants that are smaller than trees and typically have multiple stems that branch out from the base or close to the ground. They are characterized by their height (usually under 20 feet) and their bushy appearance. Shrubs can be evergreen (retaining their leaves year-round) or deciduous (shedding their leaves in the fall and growing new ones in the spring). Common Shrubs are Rhododendrons, Hydrangeas, Lilacs, and Azaleas, Winterberry, and Spireas.
